Honey does not go bad. In fact, it's recognized as the only food that doesn't spoil. It will, however, crystallize (becoming thick and cloudy) over time. Alan: My newly-purchased bottle of Costco's Kirkland brand honey has a "Sell By" date (generally interpreted as "Expiration Date") of February 27th, 2022.

I admire Costco very much, and routinely tell people that "Costco is capitalism the way God meant it to be."

However, if even this honorable vendor puts a needless "Sell By - Expiration Date" on its honey, just how wide and deep is The Swamp of capitalist bullsh*t?
