The Best Thing Nearly Everyone Can Realistically Do To Maintain-And-Improve Health Is Walk

Many people have trouble sticking to exercise regimens.

Not only does a half hour brisk walk at least five days a week bring top-notch health results, it is I think the easiest exercise regimen to incorporate into one's life. (I say this from personal experience.)
