    , I don’t think you have seen me saying I have some sort of “Right” not to wear a mask. But, the claim that masks work to stop the spread of this disease is still in dispute by the experts.

    I wear if appropriate because of the reassurance it gives to others. *Not* because I have any belief it protects others.

    Lamentably, many people - particularly those of libertarian disposition - do epistemology a disservice by pretending that "exceptions to rules" automatically establish "new rules" - or simply move in the direction of establishing new rules.
