Yesterday, Rush Limbaugh -- who has used contortionist "logic" to justify his addiction to cigar-smoking, just as he used contortionist logic to spread full-spectrum misinformation among the American people -- announced that he is afflicted with "advanced lung-cancer."
I hope modern science works a miracle cure.
And if it does, I harbor the same high hope that His Windbag Flatulence publicly repents his contempt for scientific findings, including his global warming denial, and his tobacco pathogenicity denial.
Perhaps more than anyone else, Limbaugh has created a generation of "conservative" Americans who believe that opinion trumps truth.
Notably these same deluded people want immediate access to the most well-educated, scientifically-knowledgeable healthcare professionals as soon as a spot shows up on their lung.
