What I especially liked about Kamala's closing statement was her "equal parts combination" of "Trump-attack" and "3 A.M. meat-and-potato issues."
The fact that neither Joe -- nor his aides -- put together a gutsy, substantive closing statement -- when they had a month to do so -- calls into question his ability to do "Job # 1."
"Laurel-resting" might still win the day.
But I want more.
And Kamala's serving up big helpings.
"We Have A Predator Living In The White House," Kamala Harris Video
That said, if Joe "ups" his game, I'll get back on board, but for now -- although I still want him on the ticket -- I think Kamala should head that ticket.
Joe seemed so "slow" last night that I can imagine Trump fuddling him in debate so that in a twinkle he would crash-and-burn, whereas Kamala has got the smarts, the debating skill and the white-hot fire in the belly to crater Trump.
Who better to go head-to-head with a misogynist-racist liar-cheat-felon than a powerful, no-holds-barred, black woman (who's also a criminal prosecutor)?

Morning Joe's pundents take is all should be taking on hector not Joe and certainly not Obama as they did. Obama has 90+ popular rating. Dumb move.
Joe held his own, took a lot of hits and was left standing. Booker did well. Kamala was shaky. Stop beating each other up and go for hector. Also not one mentioned the racist attack on Cummings and the Squad.
