    Alan Archibald Well it's certainly "the business" of all 27 European Union nations who were party to the original pact which had built-in exit procedures. 
    
    Personally, I hope England perseveres in its Brexit perversity as perseverance will be the simplest way to demonstrate, in the crucible of experience, that we're living in global world and a global economy and those who don't want to participate in a "planetary vision" will be left behind. 
    
    If you take the trouble to read the whole Brexit article, you'll see that Great Britain is already in decline as a direct result of British populists' stupid, unworkable decision.
