  FM: Can you just admire the positive side of that theory, which is that people from the "far ends" of both "sides" agree that JFK was a hero and that we would all HOPE his son somehow survived the next generation of his father's assassins? 
  
  If you focus on the things both "sides" have in common, rather than pointing out the "absurdity" of your wrongly-perceived opponent, you'll see you have more in common with them than you don't. 
  
  And if you do it earnestly, you'll feel as fucking ostracized and alone as anyone. That's how you know you're doing it right.

    However, these charactertistics did not mean he was "doing it right." 
    
    With considerable regularity, "the alone and ostracized" end up "alone and ostracized" precisely because they are "doing it wrong." 
    
    As for "the Kennedy's..." 
    
    I applaud the fact that "both sides of the aisle" (seem to) agree that the Kennedy family's communitarianism, culture and commitment to The Common Good, The General Welfare and a truly "Social" Contract are qualities worthy of imitation. 
    
    However, to require agreement with the unhinged proposition that JFK Jr. is alive, well and such a committed fan of Donald Trump that he regularly attends "His Despicability's" political rallies, is an open invitation to lunacy.
