Scott Walker signed legislation in Wisconsin that will spend $250 million of taxpayer money on a new arena for the Milwaukee Bucks basketball team, despite howls of outrage from movement conservatives. The team’s ownership group includes one of Walker’s top campaign fundraisers, Jenna Johnson reports.
