Compa,
Thanks for your email.
I don't think Alabamans can pull it off. https://www.newsweek.com/ league-south-white- nationalism-russia-language- page-donald-trump-vladimir- 1035916
Plus, I think Russians consider them white only by accident of birth and, when push comes to shove, would actually recoil at the prospect of diluting their genes with people whose family trees don't fork.

Although "the browning of America" may "save America's bacon" in the next 10 to 20 years, for the time being the State Of The "Union" looks a lot like the headlong collapse of a decadent empire whose erstwhile citizens (morphed-into-consumer-units) have turned their back on The Common Good, The General Welfare and any kind of meaningful Social Contract, sinking so low that they refuse to pay adequate tax to keep civilization alive.

And if you count Germany's 19th century colonies in Africa, even Deutschland qualifies. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_colonization_of_Africa
Present day Turkey is arguably more liveable than The Ottoman Empire. (A few years ago, my friend Machai bicycled -- alone! -- from the northwest corner of the country to the southeast corner... and she LOVED it!)
Paz contigo,
Alan
