It is not so much that Trump is "above the law" but that the laws enabling his monstrosity are intrinsically unjust. 

In his landmark encyclical, "Pacem in terris" ("Peace on Earth"), Pope John XXIII quoted from Augustine of Hippo's "City of God" (routinely cited as one Christianity's "ten most important" books):  “Without justice, what else is the State but a great band of robbers?” 

Never has America's "band of robbers" been greater. 

And "the good Christians" who made his presidency possible still cheer him on. 

He is, in effect, their Lord and Savior.

May "conservative" "Christianity" be consumed by the same conflagration that immolates His Satanic Majesty.

Why is no one calling it kidnapping and charging the government with that?

If I took a children from their parents and didn't give them back - but instead gave them away - I would be charged with kidnapping and child trafficking.

That's a life sentence.
