The speed of social media judgment scares me. Roseanne likely deserves to have her show cancelled, but I need time to form an opinion on this. I am not defending Roseanne, but good judgment takes time.

Taking John Stark's comment as my point of departure...
There is just one issue that requires our attention and judgment - and it has nothing to do with opinion.
Truth calls us to focus Trump's compulsive mendacity. The "man" is so villainous, so devious, so maliciously vindictive and giddily destructive he could put on a clinic for Satan himself.
Until Trump and his kindred dirty tricksters are tossed on the trash heap of history, all other issues are, in comparison, fatiguing distractions.
