An observation: Why would President Trump bring up an allegation against Obama wire tapping his campaign:
1) He could have corroborating/ supporting evidence.
2) He could be trying to deflect his own illegal or unreported contact with Russia.
3) According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, psychosis refers to an episode in which an individual has a break from reality. This often includes but doesn’t require delusions, or false beliefs that are firmly held despite clear evidence to the contrary.
Since he doesn't drink I can't think of another reason.
