Alan: If your polling place uses electronic voting machines, make sure those machines leave a paper trail and that paper "receipts" are manually counted as soon as polls close and that this manual tally is then compared with the electronic vote total before results are sent "to the state." If this process is not already in place, make a stink. Start with a letter to the editor of your local newspaper.
