Bristol Palin will soon be a mother times two. The 24-year-old
daughter of Sarah Palin is pregnant with her second child, announced
in a blog post Thursday.
Alan: Bristol's second pregnancy reveals the "Palinesque nonsense" that passes for "righteousness" with many white Americans.
There is "something wrong" with "the Palin family" - a kind of ersatz "Christianity" that lays bare the character flaw of contemporary Pharisees.

"This pregnancy was actually planned," she declares in her latest blog message, posted Sunday and entitled "My Little Blessing."
The post included an ultrasound image but it does not disclose the father nor any clear details of what she means by a planned pregnancy.
Nor did it stop the mocking.
But it's a new tidbit unmentioned in last week's post about the "disappointment" she acknowledged many would feel at the news that she's pregnant again, seven years after her first unwed pregnancy caused embarrassment and controversy for her family and their politics.
What hasn't changed is her defiant tone; last week, she said she wanted to be left alone, no lectures and no sympathy. Now, she's seriously annoyed at her critics — she uses an unprintable term for them — for what she described as mocking, judging and gossiping about her.
"None of us are perfect," she says. "I made a mistake, but it's not the mistake all these giddy (jerks) have loved to assume."
Everybody knows she wanted more kids, she wrote. And she thought she was on her way to having a bigger family, apparently referring to her planned marriage to decorated U.S. Marine Dakota Meyer, which was abruptly called off last month with no explanation.
Bristol Palin took to her blog to announce she's pregnant with her
second child. The news comes a month after she called off her wedding.

And another thing: The political-daughter-turned-reality-TV-and-Dancing With the Stars-contestant says she was never a spokesperson for abstinence. Instead, she was a spokesperson for preventing teen pregnancy, at a time when she was still a teen (she was pregnant with her first baby, Tripp, when she was 17). Now she's 24.
Also, at least she's not getting an abortion, despite knowing that she would be "completely crucified" after she announced her pregnancy.
"I am pregnant. This is not the ideal situation, but life is important even if it's not in the most absolute ideal circumstance," she wrote. "This is more confirmation on what I've always stood for. I've always been pro-life and I am standing for life now.
"Deal with it."
Meanwhile, Meyer has spoken out against the media for covering Palin's pregnancy announcement, but did not say whether he is the father.
Alan: He is not the father. The father is Bristol's dance partner on "Dancing With The Stars."
I suspect the following parody reveals more than it conceals. http://weeklyworldnews.com/
