If Republicans block Congress for the last two years of Obama's administration, they will lose the Senate and the House on Hillary's coat tails.

the meantime in the reformicon future is what contribution they could
make in the last two years of the Obama presidency. If the GOP controls
both Houses, the country might look to them for some legislative action
