When Gowdy bemoans Obama's "failure to enforce law," he is probably hinting at the GOP's greatest grievance - Obama's supposed failure to enforce immigration law.
The facts are these:
1.) Obama has already deported more illegal aliens than Bush did - even though there are fewer illegals to deport.
2.) The total number of illegals living in the United States has declined during Obama's presidency from 12.2 million to 11.7 million, a drop of 4.1%.

The bottom line:
Enforcement of law is always selective.
If every law were completely enforced, we would all be found guilty of crime.

This morning, a new poll revealed that even Republicans approve their Obamacare insurance policies!

To reveal the bedrock mendacity of conservative ideologues, ask them:
"Where's The Train Wreck?"
Then, bet them a thousand dollars that by 2020, at least 60% of Americans will approve Obamacare.
Bet them another thousand dollars that by 2030 Americans will be carrying signs like the one below but with the word "Medicare" replaced by "Obamacare."

Two practical matters.
1.) Gowdy would have us believe that the House makes law. In fact, the House proposes law and the Senate enacts it... or not.
2.) Re-watch the end of Gowdy's speech. The only people giving a standing ovation are on the Republican side of the aisle. Not a single Democrat is standing.
