This autumn the conservative group Generation Opportunity will fan out across college campuses to urge young people to "opt out" of Obamacare. The health insurance exchanges established under the Affordable Care Act depend on young healthy enrollees to offset the costs of older and sicker people. The group, financed by the Koch Brothers, kicked off the campaign this week with some controversial web ads.
