Myers-Briggs Test

"Vocational Discernment, Online Course and New Hiring Practices /// Myers Briggs Test"

***
Dear Jimbo,

Here is the online Myers-Briggs "inventory" (short form) which I mentioned when you were here. http://similarminds.com/jung.html (Fill in "Gender" and click "Next.")

This short, 48-question online test -- and its "larger siblings" -- are famous for helping people understand interpersonal differences (without eliciting customary judgmentalism), and also for "getting a fix" on what occupations are best-suited to the test-taker.

During the first half of the test, I recommend that you take considerable care to make sure you understand the "direction" of the "graduated responses." It seems relatively easy to reverse the intended "direction."

For more information about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Briggs_Type_Indicator

PS Here are results from the Myers-Briggs test I took today, July 30, 2010.

BTW... In response to the Myers-Briggs webpage prompt -- "Write a uniquely relevant test question which would identify someone with your personality" -- I replied: "Why do I seem extroverted to others when I prefer solitude?"
