I have long marveled that any half sane, non-sociopath would even want to be President of the United States.

The fact that we have ended up with Barack Obama seems an Act of God.

The Big O is getting hammered, from Putin to Krauthammer. Obama has become an easy target for contempt and ridicule. He has managed to engage the opposition of a very broad spectrum of American voters.

I sympathize with our President -- having to deal with such a conflict in the Middle East, having to confront Assad -- you could tear your hair out  -- and the rebels, are they worse?
