Alan: I am listening to President Barack Obama's last press conference and what I hear astounds me.
Not only does Obama feel keen responsibility to use his position to accomplish everything possible for the alleviation of suffering, his evident sympathy, empathy, caring and commitment make it impossible to imagine any of those qualities coming forth from the vulgarian Plutopath.
Inevitably, Trump will do things that help people - things that diminish their suffering -- but he will accomplish these goals in ways that are largely automatic so that when he does enact some measure of remedy, it will be built-into the nature of the presidency.
Trump's altruism will be coincidental if not accidental.

For Pussy Grabber, the world will be a power-play chess board in which he sees friends and adulators who deserve his favor and enemies who deserve punishment and pay-back.
We will miss Obama when he's gone.
When white, Christian nationalists tire of the monstrosity they've gussied up to look like a lipsticked pig, they too will pine for Barack Obama, a fundamentally good man whom they did their best to malign with whole cloth lies, innuendo and fake news.
Among the worst of these lies was the one that The Plutopath devised to launch his presidential campaign - "birtherism."
