Dear D,
I know you're trying to lose weight.
Although you probably know the importance of drinking an abundance of water, this comprehensive review is worthwhile. (It's a shame this info-posterwasn't edited more carefully.) http://paxonbothhouses. blogspot.com/2016/02/unless- you-want-to-get-sick-and.html
Ed Myer makes drinking lots water central to his short list of necessary "health behaviors."
He says people should drink at least 2 quarts a day - and preferably enough to make their urine almost colorless.
I find that the simplest way to actually enact this seemingly simple plan is to start the day with two glasses of water and then drink more whenever you visit the sink.
Drinking two quarts of water a day sounds simple-dimple but in fact requires considerable discipline.
Paz contigo,
Alan
"Fewer people are drinking water these days. People have replaced it with juices, sodas and energy drinks, creating a host of problems for the human body which is designed to drink pure water. Most people don't realize they are constantly dehydrated, and the body pays a hefty price for it."
