Technically, the legal definition of "natural born" is "up in the air" until the Supreme Court rules on it.

However, a preponderance of legal scholars say The Court will subscribe to the widely-held belief that "being born of an American mother" -- regardless where birth takes place -- makes their children "natural born." (If Trump senses a threat from Cruz, now in third place and fading, he plans to litigate.)

Father was Cuban, and Cruz was born in  Canada.  Regardless of attaining citizenship, don't you have to be born in the USA to be President?
