Even so, abortion should be legal and available for anyone who believes there exists even one circumstance that justifies it... let's say your 12 year old daughter (or granddaughter) is rape-impregnated by Willie Horton.
Here's why the justification of abortion under any circumstance justifies it under any circumstance (supposing, in a democracy, that a majority of citizens "signs off" of the practice).
Once a person acknowledges that abortion should be legally available under "one particular condition" then anyone who understands the rubrics of logic will acknowledge that if "a line can be drawn somewhere," then other conscionable people can determine to draw their "line in the sand" elsewhere.
