Thanks for your email.
It hurts me to hear of your pain.
I encourage you to give diclophenac (Voltaren) another try - always taking it with food.
The 75 mg size is available at Walmart (and other pharmacies with a cheap prescription drug list such as Walgreens, Rite-Aid, CVS, Costco, Target, Kroger's) for $4.00 (four dollars).
Yes, $4.00 for a month's supply!
At Walmart, a month's supply of the next higher dose of diclophenac costs $213.00 (two hundred and thirteen dollars)!
As a rule, even good physicians are clueless how much drugs cost at pharmacies -- and since the $4.00 prescriptions are usually limited to just one dose level per drug -- you have to do your homework to see which drugs -- at which doses -- quality.
You might even be able to hunt down "equivalent" drugs for $4.00 to replace drugs that currently cost much more.

90 day prescriptions are even cheaper.

PS Here's the scoop on diclophenac from friend Joe Graedon's "People's Pharmacy" website. http://www. peoplespharmacy.com/2000/04/ 01/diclofenac-sodi/
CVS photo center better customer reviews than Walgreens. CVS has more consistently good reviews on the quality of their prints.
