It is a fact that skilled shepherds are entitled to U.S. residency papers.

America needs them but doesn't "produce" them.

(Same goes for master tailors.)

    My grandfather was a master tailor from Russia. He only got paid for his excellent work, and not the discrimination he faced every day. drmrs 7/19/2014 Rockville. MD
