Snopes overlooks a detail that immediately jumps out: Bill Clinton's nose is "meaty" (almost a "clown nose") whereas the fellow in the photo above has a well-defined nose, especially at the tip where Bill Clinton's nose bulges.

American conservatives are renowned for deviousness, with a long, persistent history as dirty tricksters.
