TED Radio Hour: "What We Fear"

"I think fear is good. I think fear keeps you alive." — Chris Hadfield

What We Fear

In this hour, TED speakers explore what it means to be afraid, and how we calm ourselves down — or don't — when we're terrified.
Alan: I recommend Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield's talk and Joe Kowan's experience with stage fright, a subset of humankind's most common fear, "speaking in public."

Finally, I marvel at David Blaine who claims to be fearless.
