Ursula K. Le Guin, Best-Selling Science Fiction Author, Dies
The award-winning science fiction and fantasy writer, who explored feminist themes and was best known for her Earthsea books, has died at 88.
Alan: A Wizard of Earthsea is my favorite novel; a coming-of-age tale complete with pride, fall, death and resurrection.
LeGuin's use of language rivals Shakespeare at his best.
