Jindal: Christian Businesses In Indiana Are Being Discriminated Against

Do you agree with Gov. Chris Christie's stance on Indiana's controversial "religious freedom" law?

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence recently signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which would allow businesses to deny services to gay customers based on their religious beliefs. The move ignited national debate, with critics saying the law is discriminatory.

On Wednesday, Christie — a potential presidential candidate — broke nearly two days of silence over the law, saying fellow Republican Pence will "fix the problem and move on."
"Well, we should not have a situation where people perceive that anybody will be denied service," Christie said in a statement. "But, I can tell you this, I know Mike Pence, and he's got nothing but love in his heart for people, and I just do not believe that in any way Mike Pence would intend for anything that happen in his state on his watch to be discriminatory towards any person."

As for Christie's potential rivals for the 2016 Republican nomination for president? Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush said "Pence has done the right thing." Dr. Ben Carson, former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida. and former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum, have also expressed support for the law.
