Bush's 2004 Chief Strategist Matt Dowd gives his first "A" ever. "Obama won decisively."

Matt Dowd, who served as George W. Bush's Chief Strategist in 2004, declared the third presidential debate a "decisive victory" for Obama.

Asked to evaluate both candidates "bearing" as Commander-in-Chief, Dowd gave Obama his first ever "A" grade.

Here is ABC's videotape of Dowd chatting with Martha Raddatz.

Dowd also references a flip-flop Romney made during the debate, noting that Mitt "came across as the peace candidate."

Following November's election, Mitt will be selling bridges in Brooklyn.

It is remarkably easy to find intelligent Republicans faulting the GOP's recent standard bearers.
Go back to Lincoln and you will find a Republican who would not recognize his own party.

Mitt Romney is the first politician who does not talk out of both sides of his mouth.
He has more than one mouth, and speaks from both sides of each.
