Image result for nixon i'm not a crook

Richard Nixon wasn't called Dick for nothing.

But a strong argument can be made that Republican putrefaction started in earnest with Lee Atwater after American conservatives realized that soon they wouldn't be able to win elections "on the merits." Richard Nixon wasn't called Dick for nothing.

But despite "His Trickiness," a strong argument can be made that Republican putrefaction started in earnest with Lee Atwater when American "conservatives" realized that soon they would not be able to win elections "on the merits."
