How are you?
Here is F's recommendation for how to restore a healthy microbiome in your gut. https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/can-gut-bacteria-improve-your-health
Dear A
I was hoping to get recommendation from Dr. Yoon.
In the meantime Ultimate Flora Renew has an over 50 probiotic. Only bifidobacterium.
A well informed person at Loris Natural Foods suggested Thrive, bacillus with a better survival rate. Very expensive, I haven't started them yet.
Add a good Greek or Icelandic yogurt, kefir contain lacto and bifidobacterium . Fermented foods miso, sauerkraut, kimchi are probiotic but these have high sodium levels.
I don't take a prebiotic yet. Will ask Yoon . In foods it's in non digested carbs like fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, whole wheat pasta. These are food for probiotic bacteria to keep them thriving.
That's all I have so far.
Love
F
