Watch: Clinton allies launch brutal Donald Trump ads
USA TODAY
Priorities USA Action, a pro-Clinton super PAC, unleashed $6 million of anti-Trump ads Monday night, and they are brutal. It's just a taste of what's to come in what could be the ugliest presidential fight in decades. Priorities already has reserved an additional $130 million in television, digital and radio advertising, some of which will start the day after the last primaries in June.
But the first ads — featuring Trump's insults about women's bodies and his infamous 'blood coming out of her wherever" remark about Fox host Megyn Kelly — make it clear the battle is on, starting now. The ads are running in four battleground states: Florida, Ohio , Virginia and Nevada.
The first ad, "Speak," asks women, "Does Donald Trump really speak for you?"
The second is called "Respect."
Trump denounced the ads on Twitter and said he was misquoted in one. " 'You can tell them to go BLANK themselves' was about China, NOT WOMEN!"
