"The Conspirator," A Movie About Mary Surratt, Directed By Robert Redford

"The Conspirator"
... a 2010 historical drama film directed by Robert Redford. Ir tells the story of Mary Surratt, the only female conspirator charged in the Abraham Lincoln assassination.
I encourage you to learn nothing about the film -- and the history events on which it is based.
Just see it "blind."

"The Conspirator" streams on Netflix.
At the end of the movie, wait for the credits to play out in order to read several jawdropping "updates" on what happened to several of the principals in the months and years after the drama ends.

Interesting datum:
All eight conspirators, including John Wilkes Booth, were Roman Catholics.

Mary Surratt attended a Catholic boarding school.
