"The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago in a 2-1 ruling agreed with a lower court that had turned away the school's request for a temporary injunction sparing it from the federal health law's contraception requirement...The university has argued the Affordable Care Act's compromise arrangement allowing religiously-affiliated nonprofits to let insurance companies handle the provision of birth control is inadequate, because it still forces the university to be complicit in something it believes to be immoral.
