At this point, most of us know that HealthCare.gov is not working quite right. Defining what exactly has gone wrong, however, is a bit more of a difficult task.
That's why I'm very appreciative to our fantastic graphics department who, alongside my colleagues Ariana Cha and Lena H. Sun, put together this graphic showing each part of the insurance marketplace -- and what exactly isn't working. Enjoy!
