"If no one knows the questions that were asked of either of them, the test is meaningless."

My Reply:

In creating this meme, I was more interested in focusing Kavanaugh's willingness to be tested... which I assume is nonexistent.

I am also interested in arguing "the Kavanaugh case" to the court of public opinion, not in a legal court.

In the former, "feelings" count.

In the latter, they don't.

If Kavanaugh were being judged in "a court of law," I would want "the rules of evidence" and "the presumption of innocence" to apply.

In "the court of public opinion," I hope Kavanaugh is held in sufficiently ill repute that his nomination is derailed.

For what it's worth, I feel Blasey Ford is telling the truth and that Kavanaugh is lying.

  1. Retard. Everyone is innocent unless proven beyond a doubt of guilt. Even in the eye of the public
