My Reply To A Correspondent's Comment On My Dr. Christine Blasey Hall Meme

A Correspondent's Comment (on the above meme):

People with mental disorders often remember things that never actually happened to them, like sexual abuse. And not long ago, a large number of people swore they had seen a genie movie starring Sinbad. And to take it further. if someone believes they were abducted by aliens and pass a polygraph test, is that proof aliens exist?

My Reply:

Almost always it is possible to introduce doubt into any discussion.

But "exceptions to rules" do not form the basis of "new rules."

They remain exceptions.

On the other hand, we do know that Donald Trump lies as easily as he metabolizes, and that he justifies his torrent of lies by saying "people tell me" or "lots of people are saying."

But despite these dodges, Devious Donald's nonstop mantra, "Believe me," is wearing thin, even among ardent followers.

Fact:

Almost everyone who experiences a traumatizing event at the hands of another person (including many credible women who allege Donald Trump sexually abused them, a group that includes his first wife Ivana who accused him of rape) remembers their assailant accurately. Such accuracy is The General Rule.

"Donald Trump Sexual Misconduct Allegations"

Hopefully, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford will have opportunity to "make her case" next week in "The Court Of Public Opinion."

We will then see if she impresses the American people as credible.
