Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford seeks to negotiate conditions under which she would testify next week
In an email to the Senate Judiciary Committee, a lawyer for Ford said a hearing on Monday is "not possible," but Ford "wishes to testify, provided that we can agree on terms that are fair and which ensure her safety."
