The GOP Lathers Itself To Disenfranchise Voters. Such Activity Must Be Outlawed As A "Mandatory Prison Sentence" Felony

Alan: The Republican Party is devoted -- 24/7 and pedal-to-the-metal -- to disenfranchising people-of-color.

Voter disenfranchisement perped by American conservatives is deliberate, systematic, malicious and relentless.

The loathesome deprivation (or even compromise) of anyone's civil right to vote is despicable, anti-Democratic behavior -- treasonous in essence -- and should be identified as the sleezeball, scum-suck it has always been... and continues to be.

These deplorable people are hellbent on depriving citizens of a fundamental right.

They are anti-American thugs who must be called by their true name - felon.

It is time to enact legislation so that these obstructionists are held responsible for felonious activity, and that they be punished with mandatory prison time whenever actual (or intended) curtailment of an individual's "franchise" is tainted by racial animus, however slight.

The Jung quote above is companion piece to Pat Buchanan's observation below:

Republican presidential candidate, Pat Buchanan, the living American who has served longest as a White House senior staff adviser, observed: “The Republican philosophy might be summarized thus: To hell with principle; what matters is power, and that we have it, and that they do not.” “Where the Right Went Wrong"
