Suddenly, Clinton had such a big lead that she changed her game plan to discuss "issues rather than personalities" and was in an excellent position to demonstrate her knowledge and skill set when Comey - for arguably felonious reasons - decided to re-open Clinton's email "case," thus causing Hillary's approval ratings to plunge.
It is impossible to know what the election outcome would have been in the absence of Comey's renewed investigation.
However, we do know - with virtual certainty - that if tables were turned, Donald would be screeching "foul play" and howling that "the election is rigged."
