Chris Christie Tries To Put Girl Down At Town Hall Meeting. She's Right; He's A Liar

So Chris Christie is stumping around New Hampshire, clinging to his debate slot in the Top Tier of Donald Trump and the Other Republican Losers like it’s the last however many $1500 buys you in hot dogs and beers at the MetLife Stadium concession stand. Here he is in Manchester, saying climate change is real, and of course humans contribute to it:

Lemme tell you, the climate’s been changing forever, and it will always continue to change. Does human activity contribute to it? Of course it does. We all contribute to it in one way or the other. By breathing we contribute to it.

And here he is, about four weeks later, talking to a roomful of olds, insisting to apparently the one person in the room who is not some old — we’ll just call her Young Lady — that he never said that:

YOUNG LADY: On August 4th, here in new Hampshire at one of our town meetings, you said that humans contribute to climate change by breathing.

CHRISTIE: No I didn’t. 

YOUNG LADY: Do you really believe that humans exhaling carbon dioxide contributes to climate change?

CHRISTIE: Listen — give me my microphone back.

Then all the olds laugh — ha ha, that Gov. Christie, he really told her, didn’t he? YA BURNT, Young Lady (but however olds says that). But Young Lady is smarter than a New Jersey governor, and also a roomful of olds, and she knows she is right, and he is wrong, so says she wants a response because she really cares about this issue, and that’s when the governor makes his patented Being An Angry Dick Nubbin move, by being an angry dick nubbin:

I know you really care about this stuff, but you know what? The first thing you need to do is not be wrong and not quote me incorrectly. I never said that humans contribute to climate change by breathing. […] I don’t care what date you said it was, I never said it. What I said was — were you there? Oh yeah, you heard that? Well, you need to clean out your ears then, young lady. Ridiculous statement. I never said it.

But you know he said it, because we just told you (look up, about 400 or so words) that he said it. And Young Lady knows he said it too, because she’s a volunteer for NextGen Climate in New Hampshire, so she happens to have his exact words RIGHT HERE, and how he got to be the governor of anything is totally amazing!
