Trump is in control of The Oval Office, the senate and the Supreme Court.
The Democratic Party did not mandate the shutdown. They didn't have the power to do so.
The Trump administration is chiefly responsible for the shutdown.
Furthermore, the Democratic Party is unable to keep the economy from re-opening.
Currently, the process of re-opening is taking place full throttle.
You see yourself as an aggrieved victim.

He is actually not in control of the senate. They are republicans. Trump is an outsider. They might side with him on some issues, but they are not under his control.
I agree that the Trump 'administration' is responsible for the shutdown. In fact it was his duty to follow what the experts and advisors told him to do. These were the CDC, WHO, and Fauci (who created the virus in a lab). They all told him that it wouldn't be a big deal until it was too late for him to do anything. So he did the 2nd best thing. He shut down the economy. The dem controlled news made it worse by fear mongering a virus that we now know only kills the elderly and those with pre-existing deadly conditions and it only kills those that are vitamin D deficient.

The first two studies you cite reveal that vitamin D deficiency is associated with disease severity, NOT that you're more you likely to contract the disease in the first place. Here is the 1st article's sub-title: "Patients with severe deficiency are twice as likely to experience major complications."
Your third link -- https://www.statnews.com/2020/03/30/what-explains-coronavirus-lethality-for-elderly/ -- points out that COVID19 disease is much more lethal with senior citizens. Duh. This well-documented fact has NEVER been in dispute.
