  • Alan Archibald "Land of the fee." I love it!
  • Karen Kolbinsky This is pure propaganda. Why would you promote it? I have lived in this country for nearly 70 years and worked in several health care situations (hospitals) across this country either as an admissions' clerk or nursing assistant, in training as a nurse, or a ward clerk. NEVER have I seen a situation where any hospital would turn away a person who's sick and dying for lack of money. I've had to admit my own family members more than once when we had no insurance and were not only cared for but had our bill forgiven by both doctors and hospitals because we didn't have insurance at the time of emergency situations. For David it happened several times and both UNC and Duke forgave doctor and hospital bills through what they offer anyone who qualifies for their "charity" programs.. we weren't even asked at the time of admission for proof of income or insurance when there were emergencies. This is totall BS.
    • Alan Archibald The teen was not turned away from a hospital.

He was turned away from an urgent care center for lack of insurance... which is what the British newspaper reported.

The boy then died en route to the hospital where he would have been treated.

Here is a video clip the town's mayor reporting the event. https://cdn.jwplayer.com/players/EocxRlJP-XLzx33eA.html

In my own life - and during the lives of nearly everyone I know - there were times when we had to "guess" whether we were in the midst of a serious medical issue before making our decision to seek emergency room treatment... or to forgo that bank-breaking expense.

The fact that the United States is the ONLY nation among nearly three dozen "developed nations" that does not guarantee high-quality healthcare to all its citizens is barbaric.

Trump and his cultists are linchpins of this barbarism.

Have you spoken directly with your minister about your unflinching support for Malignant Messiah? If not, please do.

You are on the wrong side of history, the wrong side of Christianity and the wrong side of The Nazarene.

You have been swallowed by a nasty, vicious, malicious cult that has been lying so long that its addled adherents no longer know what's true.

      How could that happen?

"There are two ways of lying, as there are two ways of deceiving customers. If the scale registers 15 ounces, you can say: 'It's a pound.' Your lie will remain relative to an invariable measure of the true. If customers check it, they can see that they are being robbed, and you know by how much you are robbing them: a truth remains as a judge between you. But if the demon induces you to tamper with the scale itself, it is the criterion of the true which is denatured, there is no longer any possible control. And little by little you will forget that you are cheating." Denis de Rougemont
