CIA has concluded that the Saudi crown prince ordered Jamal Khashoggi's assassination, people familiar with the matter say The CIA’s assessment is the most definitive to date linking Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the operation, in which a team of 15 Saudi agents flew to Istanbul on government aircraft and killed Khashoggi inside the Saudi Consulate last month.
