At least an eighth of an inch of olive oil in the bottom of a large 12-14 inch frying pan
1 lb. frozen corn
1 lb. frozen peas
A fistful of sliced almonds (Surprisingly, Costco sells sliced almonds less expensively than whole almonds. N.B. Almonds - and other nuts - freeze well.)
2 "fingers" fresh grated ginger
Pressed garlic to taste (as much as one large bulb)
Red chile flakes sprinkled to taste
Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 large onion diced or chopped
Five slices of sliced ham, diced. (This dish would be fabulous with diced prosciutto instead of ham, although I would add the uncooked prosciutto to the top of the stir fry after moving the mix from frying pan to serving bowl.)
Liberal sprinkling of curry powder (but not enough so people say, "Oh, this is a curry dish." The curry needs to be "in the background.")
Stir the above blend of ingredients intermittently over low-medium heat for 12-15 minutes
