"The One Percent," a documentary film about the unprecedented disparity of wealth in America. Johnson & Johnson heir, Jamie Johnson, wrote and directed this film in 2006. I was particularly taken by Johnson's ability to reveal the lives of the wealthy "from the inside." I was similarly captivated by the nonplussed relationship between Jamie and his billionaire father, who - in his own youth - was troubled by wealth disparities around the world. No more. Here are the film's first 10 minutes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCNKn7JirBU

Peter Wagner of the New Apostolic Reformation - interviewed by Terry Gross. The beginning of this interview is as "weird as it gets" - the Emperor of Japan having intercourse with The Sun God. But later on, Wagner staggered me at the other end of the religo-political spectrum, espousing positions that are anathema to almost every Christian conservative. http://www.npr.org/2011/10/03/140946482/apostolic-leader-weighs-religions-role-in-politics
