Reply To A Critic Of My "GOP Murderer" Meme

Image result for pax on both houses, this time the death panels are real

Alan: Here is my reply to a fellow subscriber at ImgFlip.com who commented on my "GOP Murderer" meme (below): "Murder? No one's murdering anyone."

"Will Trump, Ryan And McConnell Get Away With Murder?" | The GOP "Healthcare Deprivation Act" Is Specifically Designed To Kill The Maximum Number Of Poor Americans and Still Get 51 Votes | image tagged in the healthcare deprivation act, abomicare, gop mass murderers, gop murder by neglect, gop murder by miserliness | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

My reply:

In the Christian tradition, "sin" (or "wrongdoing") is routinely attributed to "acts of commission."

A perpetrator actively harms someone and "sin" is the consequence.

But Christian tradition also attributes wrongdoing to "acts of omission."

McConnell, Ryan and Trump's carefully-coordinated elimination of healthcare for 22,000,000 Americans is an "an act of commission" glossed over as an insignificant "act of omission."

Lamentably, many Americans -- deluded by "fake news," outlandish conspiracy theories and the corrosive belief that "my opinion is just as good as your knowledge" -- will interpret the lethality of the GOP's "Healthcare Deprivation Act" as a "coincidental outcome" in which there was no "active agency."

And in the absence of an easily identifiable sinner, it is assumed there was no sin.

In other words, "no murderer killed those people."

They just died.

God forbid, my friend, that you (or a loved one) be deprived of life-saving healthcare due to the ravages of Abomicare.

Don't think "it can't happen here."

It is happening here.

And this time, The Death Panels are real.
