Under Trump, we have become a rogue nation.

Trump’s America does not care
Trump is not merely neglecting the liberal world order; he is milking it for narrow gain, rapidly destroying the trust and sense of common purpose that have held it together and prevented international chaos for seven decades.

I remember being an asshole and minimizing our murder of Ghaddafi and his family because the shitbags of MSNBClA told me to. You really think America not caring about the rest of the world is a new concept because of Orangeman? GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK. Think deeper. We're better than this, and we're better than what we were before Orangeman. We were a rogue nation even before the COUP that occurred in 1963. We had the leader we needed, but he didn't have the infrastructure below.
YOU are better than these thoughts, I know it. And I don't think the words "liberal" and "world order" belong in the same sentence.

I am always suspicious when Uncle Sam thumps his war drum.
Indeed, I have been suspicious of American motives ever since the white man's brutal seizure of the New World.
I am particularly suspicious of anything smacking of "crusade" which is how George W. Bush first characterized the need for retaliation against "the Muslim world" - although his choice of Iraq as America's "designated enemy" rather than "Saudi Arabia" speaks volumes... simultaneously obviating need for additional commentary.
As for MSNBC...
I have not had television for 24 years and consequently am not thrall to any of the "talking heads" whose very worst representatives Trump mainlines like the stupefacted, plutocratic junkie he is.
As for "rogue nation..."
We have been a rogue nation since inception and -- as a University of Toronto graduate and long-time resident of Canada -- I have argued for 20 years that the United States polluted the wellspring of its own foundation by waging a needless, bloody war on the Brits.
If our already-wealthy Founding Fathers had not been bitten by unbridled avariciousness, we could have evolved into a peaceful polity as Canada did.
Instead, we use the bogus battle cry "no new taxes" just as our political forebears griped about "taxation without representation" - surely an issue, but rather trivial as a casus belli.
Anyhow, not-so-instant-karma has finally caught up with us and we are now being knocked in the head for our foundational stupidity.
The only unique quality pertaining to Trump's election and his ignorant, ill-informed, churlish administration is that America's underbelly -- long obscured by the bogus "Official Story" -- is now in full view and the world is taking note of plutocracy's "deep state" motives which is to make the rich richer, the poor poorer and to ensure that those in the middle blame their "inferiors" rather than their superiors whom they weirdly worship.
